COVID-19 Update

During this time of unprecedented life interruption, Fairmount Title Agency strives to continue operations through remote work and telecommunications. Most county recorder offices are still accepting deeds for transfer through drop-boxes and U.S. mail. We have closed our office to the public, so if you need a face-to-face meeting, we ask that you call us ahead of time so that we can make alternative arrangements. We are still processing purchases and refinances normally.
